Once we have received your order we will send you a confirmation by email. It is important to double check if your order is right, if not, contact John Late immediately. If the order have left the John Late store you can not correct the order. We recommend to save the order confirmation email to facilitate any contact with customer service you have in the future. All prices shown on John Lates website, www.johnlate.com, are including VAT. Please note that in case of an order is shipped outside the European Union you may subject to import duties and taxes. Orders made in another person´s name without consent, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. John Late holds the right change prices on the website. If the price is incorrect, this may compel John Late to cancel the order and refund the amount. This can be performed at any time.

Costumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. This applies only if the product and its original packing can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact the John Late customer service to get the correct adress for returns. If an item or product is damaged during the shipping John Late should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation.

Any complaints shall be made by the contact form on the contact page. It is very important that you as a customer check your product(s) when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the product(s) are correct. If you receive an incorrect product or a damaged product you shall also contact us in within 14 days.

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days from purchase date. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.
